This division files cases relating to Criminal Felony, Misdemeanor, Traffic, and Wildlife offenses for more than twenty-five (25) law enforcement agencies throughout Tulsa County. Also maintained in this department are criminal Writs of Habeas Corpus, appeals from municipal rulings in criminal and traffic cases, Search Warrants, Criminal Property Recovery, and miscellaneous criminal filings. There were a total of 43,620 cases filed in this division in 2008.
