Tina Smith and Marty Inman maintain records of court expenditures, various payrolls, budgets, judicial reports, and bondsperson records. They provide notary services (for a small fee), handle the distribution of mail for all divisions, and process Jury Summons for Tulsa County citizens for service as District Court Jurors for Petit and Grand Juries. Passport Clerks, Paula Maxville and Laverne Bailey, process passport applications and provides information regarding Visas, birth and death certificates. Jury Coordinator Carlene Tallent provides daily assistance to jurors and courts. Vernon Brand is responsible for technical support.
