Each document filed in the Clerk's Office is microfilmed daily
to preserve the integrity of the records. Very old case files
are microfilmed 'in toto' prior to destruction. Microfilmed
records are maintained on disks, in the main offices of the
Clerk, for easy and quick retrieval. Older files (archive
records), and court reporter's notes are stored at the county
storage facility at 2929B E. Apache.. Records are transported
daily from the Apache archives facility to the Court House and
the Juvenile Division. |
